We were engaged for complete ROI strategy for a very well known established practice, and during our time with this client, we conducted our formal review and strategy process, and identified the mass areas for improvement, but as usual, it is really crunch time - when the problem lies in the management of a business.
Our recommendations were provided, the prototype had in excess of 50 clients waiting to be serviced, and the client saw change as too much to cope with, however still provides a positive review of our service.
Change is difficult for some - but is a required part of evolution.
The end result of this time with this client is they now have a clear perspective of their current situation, and can opt to change and improve, or stay the same.
As for those clients, we built our own temporary setup and grossed $80,000 over 6 weeks, before selling the vision for $100,000.
We want to help our clients improve, but if we've created demand for a product/service, and the client is failing to meet obligations, we will implement the strategy to keep customers happy.
